Please note that a sauce 's appearance and heat level may vary slightly due to each small batch being unique, using real ingredients that may vary in appearance and intensity from time to time.

$9.99 AUSTRALIA FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Flat rate per order, with additional free shipping for any order of $60.00 or over. Tracking information will be sent by email as soon as your order is packed up for shipping. We endeavour to post orders within 1-3 business days of payment, however, will advise you by email if this is not possible. We offer only standard mail, and no express options. Timeframes for delivery may differ based on area, and current situations which are affected by the pandemic COVID19.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE/LOST PACKAGES

We offer a full refund or replacement if any products are determined to be faulty upon arrival. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving the faulty/broken product. After 14 days, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement product.

We do not take responsibility for; any lost packages that occur on behalf of any postage or courier service such as Australia Post or Sendle, and any packages that are delivered to safe spot as determined by Australia Post, but are claimed to be stolen/lost after delivery. If an item is lost during transit we can either resend the products or fully refund your purchase once we have received confirmation from the delivery company of the item being lost.

If a product is returned to SSB Chilli Co by the delivery company due to a failure by the customer to receive the item, SSB Chilli Co reserves the right to request additional payment of delivery charges for re-delivery of that item. Failure to receive includes, but is not limited too, multiple delivery attempts by the courier company, failure to collect items from a designated collection point or incorrect address details being supplied to SSB Chilli Co.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

SSB Chilli does not accept responsibility for any lost mail, breakages, any additional taxes or fees incurred. No refunds or returns are offered for international orders for any of the above reasons, including change of mind, or customer satisifaction. Due to the current COVID19 pandemic, we can not offer an exact timeframe for delivery of your order, however we are using air mail to dispatch orders at themoment.

PLEASE NOTE: By buying our sauces you are confirming that you have read our disclaimer and agree to the contents therein without question.

I have been warned and fully understand that any products with a heat rating of "Very Hot" and “Extreme” contain very hot to extreme heat and should be used and handled responsibly. I am aware that these products can cause serious injury if directly consumed in quantity, ingested and/or applied to the skin, eyes, or any other bodily organs.
These products are to be used entirely at my own risk and I understand the potential danger if used or handled irresponsibly. I do not suffer from any heart of respiratory problems, and will not use any SSB Chilli products with a 'Very Hot' or 'Extreme' heat rating if these conditions should arise after purchase.
If I give any of these products as a gift, I will make the recipient aware of the potential danger if used or handled irresponsibly.
I am not inebriated or of unsound mind and am fully able to make a rational decision to purchase these products.
Any product purchased from www.ssbchilli.com.au should be kept away from children at all times.
I accept that SSB Chilli, www.ssbchilli.com.au, and their suppliers and retailers will, under no circumstances, be responsible for, or liable for, any claims of injury or damage arising from the use or misuse of these products and by purchasing these products, whether for myself or as a gift, I acknowledge and agree to this fact without question.
SSB Chilli does not offer any change of mind refunds.
